**Job description**
Job Summary: Information Desk Assistant (Female only)
Provide exceptional customer service, information, and support to devotees, foreigners, and visitors at the information desk. Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere, answering queries, directing individuals, and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (60%)
2. Provide information on temple services, activities and history.
3. Answer queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to management.
4. Offer directions, maps, and materials as needed.
Administrative Tasks (30%)
1. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
2. Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
3. Update information boards, signage, and digital displays.
4. Perform basic office tasks (e.g., photocopying, scanning).
Operational Support (10%)
1. Monitor and report facility issues (e.g., maintenance, security).
2. Coordinate events, meetings, etc.
3. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations.
**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 1-2 years of customer service experience.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience in a similar role or industry.
2. Knowledge of local area, attractions, and services.
3. Additional language skills. Kannada and Hindi mandatory
4. Certification in customer service or hospitality.
Working Hours:
6 Days, 10hours
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
