Job Description

As the Vertical Head of Supply Chain Financeyou will lead the department and oversee its daily operationsdriving financial strategies that align with the company'sobjectives. Your role will be pivotal in monitoring financialperformance and identifying areas for improvement ensuring that ourclient’soperations are efficient and compliantwith financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead theSupply Chain Finance team fostering a culture of high performanceand continuous improvement.

StrategicDevelopment: Develop and implementfinancial strategies that support the overall goals of theorganization.

PerformanceMonitoring: Analyze financial performancemetrics and propose actionable improvements.

CrossDepartmentalCollaboration: Work closely with otherdepartments to optimize business processes and enhance operationalefficiency.

RegulatoryCompliance: Ensure adherence to financialregulations and industry standards.

Reporting: Prepareand present comprehensive financial reports to senior managementproviding insights and recommendations.

StakeholderEngagement: Collaborate with stakeholdersacross the technology and telecom sectors to drive growth andinnovation.

The IdealCandidate

Thesuccessful candidate for the Vertical Head Supply Chain Financeposition will possess:

Extensive Experience:Over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial servicessector with a minimum of 8 years focused specifically on SupplyChain Finance (SCF).

Location Flexibility:Willingness to work from our Mumbai office.

Relevant Background:Proven experience in Banking NonBanking Financial Companies (NBFC)or Fintech environments.
