Fraud Prevention Agent with Dutch

Responsibilities:
- Accuratelyidentify fraudulent activity.
- Recognize anddocument suspicious behavior identifying trends and flaggingemerging issues.
- Communicate with customers viaphone and email to gather crucial details that influencedecisions.
- Manage backofficeoperations.
- Handle inbound calls from customersresponding to callback requests.
- Make outboundcalls when necessary to clarify information withcustomers.
Requirements:
- Flawlesscommunication skills in Dutch Advanced English(B2);
- Ability to work quickly and efficientlyunder deadline pressure.
- Ability for deepanalysis on customer data
- Proven ability towork and make decisions with minimalsupervision.
- Interest in self and team KPIsfocusing on what can be done instead of what cannotbe.
Whatwe offer
- full timecontract with Portuguese employer
- Salary 1298gross / month
- Public and Private healthinsurance provided by the employer
- Initialcontract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1renewal)
