Weare actively seeking a highly skilled and customercentric SolutionArchitect to join our team at VideoSDK.live. As a SolutionArchitect you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the voice ofthe customer to impact product strategy and ensuring that ourofferings meet the needs of our largest and most strategic users.You will collaborate with various teams to integrate and deliverhighquality solutions while actively contributing to product andprocessimprovements.


RolesandResponsibilities:

1.Voice of theCustomer:

  • Utilizefirsthand customer knowledge to influence productstrategy.

  • Collaboratewith team at VideoSDK to ensure offerings continue to satisfy theneeds of our largest and most strategicusers.


2.Integration andDelivery:
a)CollaborativeIntegration:

    • Workwith integration engineers to configure client workflowsefficiently.

    • Providetechnical leadership to users building VideoSDK integrationsensuring highquality implementations and timely issue resolution


b)TechnicalContentCreation:
  • Developtechnical content including sample code and demos to guidecustomers in implementing specific use cases and bestpractices.
  • DesignProof of Concepts (POCs) to validate product adherence to clientrequirements.

3.Solution Design and TechnologyAdoption:
a)TechnicalProficiency:

    • MasterVideo SDKs APIs/SDKs and optimize deploymentstrategies.

    • Translatebusiness objectives into tailored technicalsolutions.

b)ClientEngagement:

    • Cultivaterelationships with diverse technical audiences from engineers toCTOs.

    • Understandcustomer needs and advise on the most relevant VideoSDK featuresfor their specific businessrequirements.

    • Collaborateclosely with VideoSDKs Sales team to create proof of conceptapplications and deliver technicaldemonstrations.

    • Proactivelyidentify and address customer challenges promoting wider adoptionof VideoSDKtechnology.


4.Product and ProcessImprovement:

  • Buildprocesses for the solutions team identifying and automatingrepetitive tasks to ensure faster golive timelines forclients.

  • Workclosely with the product and engineering team to enhance ourofferings.


5.Personal and Team CompetenceBuilding:

a)ContinuousSelfImprovement:

  • Developpersonal skills to enhance problemsolving trustbuilding and clientvaluedelivery.

MinimumQualifications

Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalentexperience.

Proven experience in technical sales with a focus on sellingcomplex and technicalproducts.

Strong understanding of webRTC HLS and video streamingtechnologies.

Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g. NodeJS) andfrontend programming languages (e.g. JavaScriptReact).

Excellent communication and presentationskills.

Have experience with building product solutions and interactingwithclients

Should be able to engage with the customer in a technicaldiscussion to understand the issues the customers are facing andprovidesolutions

SolutionDesign and Technology Adoption: a) Technical Proficiency: MasterVideo SDKs APIs/SDKs and optimize deployment strategies. Translatebusiness objectives into tailored technical solutions. b) ClientEngagement: Cultivate relationships with diverse technicalaudiences, from engineers to CTOs. Understand customer needs andadvise on the most relevant VideoSDK features for their specificbusiness requirements. Collaborate closely with VideoSDK's Salesteam to create proof of concept applications and deliver technicaldemonstrations. Proactively identify and address customerchallenges, promoting wider adoption of VideoSDK technology. 4.Product and Process Improvement: Build processes for the solutionsteam, identifying and automating repetitive tasks to ensure fastergo-live timelines for clients. Work closely with the product andengineering team to enhance our offerings. 5. Personal and TeamCompetence Building: a) Continuous Self-Improvement: Developpersonal skills to enhance problem-solving, trust-building, andclient value delivery. Hone communication skills for betterunderstanding and conflict resolution.
