Weare actively seeking a highly skilled and customercentric SolutionArchitect to join our team at VideoSDK.live. As a SolutionArchitect you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the voice ofthe customer to impact product strategy and ensuring that ourofferings meet the needs of our largest and most strategic users.You will collaborate with various teams to integrate and deliverhighquality solutions while actively contributing to product andprocessimprovements.

Responsibilities:


1.Understanding CustomerNeeds:

Learn from our customers to influence product strategy and ensuretheir needs are meteffectively.
Collaborate with our team to ensure our offerings meet therequirements of our keyusers.

2.Integration and DeliverySupport:
Assist integration engineers in setting up client workflowsefficiently.
Provide support to users implementing VideoSDK integrationsensuring quality implementations and timely issueresolution.
Develop technical content such as sample code and demos to assistcustomers in implementing various usecases.


3.Solution Design and TechnologyAdoption:

Gain proficiency in Video SDKs APIs/SDKs and learn deploymentstrategies.
Assist in translating business objectives into technicalsolutions.

Engage with technical audiences to understand their needs andrecommend relevant VideoSDKfeatures.
Collaborate with the Sales team to create proof of conceptapplications and deliver technicaldemonstrations.

4.Contributing to Product and ProcessImprovement:
Assist in building processes for the solutions team and automatingrepetitive tasks to streamline clientonboarding.
Work with the product and engineering teams to enhance ourofferings.


5.Personal and TeamDevelopment:

Focus on continuous selfimprovement by developing problemsolvingand communicationskills.
Contribute to a knowledge base of bestpractices.
Build relationships with clients and encourage open discussions onchallenges andsolutions.


MinimumQualifications:

Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalentexperience.

Strong interest in technical sales and complex productsolutions

Familiarity with backend (e.g. NodeJS) and frontend (e.g.JavaScript React) programminglanguages.

Excellent communication and presentationskills.

Enthusiasm for engaging with customers in technical discussions tounderstand and address theirissues.
