JobDescription:

As an experienced AccountManager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clientaccounts to achieve longterm success and ensure clientsatisfaction. Your primary focus will be on building strongrelationships understanding client needs and maximizing revenueopportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams todeliver solutions that meet client objectives while achievingcompany goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assignedclients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clientinquiries requests and escalations.
  • Understandclient business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needseffectively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams (sales marketing operations) to deliver integrated solutionsand exceed client expectations.
  • Identifyupsell or crosssell opportunities and work with sales teams tomaximize revenue growth from existing clients.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics providingregular reports and updates to clients and internalstakeholders.
  • Resolve client issues andconcerns in a timely and professional manner ensuring high levelsof customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated withindustry trends market developments and competitor activities toprovide strategic insights and recommendations toclients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews withclients to review performance discuss opportunities and addresschallenges.
  • Ensure compliance with companypolicies and procedures including contract management and servicelevel agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing ora related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of provenexperience in account management client relationship management ora similar role.
  • Demonstrated success inmanaging client relationships and achieving revenuetargets.
  • Strong negotiation and communicationskills both verbal and written.
  • Ability tounderstand client requirements and translate them into actionableplans and solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
  • Proven ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
