We are searching for an innovative, detail-oriented, customer-centric candidate that keeps employee experience at the forefront of everything we do. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Talent Management, you will play a significant role in contributing to Nasdaq’s culture pillar by creating and executing various strategic culture and engagement programs, initiatives, and events as well as exciting new “green field” initiatives. Major Responsibilities

Full program ownership of our semi-annual employee engagement survey (the People Pulse). Develop and administer employee surveys to measure engagement levels, gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, engagement drivers and areas for improvement. Facilitate focus groups to create personalized engagement plans and leverage unique opportunities to boost morale and productivity and overall engagement scores. Manage employee and manager communications, trainings, results analysis, action planning and enhancements of the survey as well as vendor management. Support the “One Nasdaq” culture program via campaigns and the implementation of underlying activities in collaboration with and business stakeholders. Manage team members service anniversaries “” and award program (DAQ), including working with the People Services Center and 3rd party vendors. Manage the online Nasdaq Company Store, including employee communications & vendor management

Qualifications

~5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in Human Resources specifically within a COE Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player, and understands how to influence multiple stake holders Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once Employee Engagement Surveys, preferably Culture Amp HRIS systems, preferably Workday Autonomous, solid project management skills, results oriented
