Quality > CIM & SI > CIM Engineering & Excellence

You will be part of the Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) department that operates across Vestas value chain, external suppliers and partners, leading multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product improvement.

The Engineer is responsible for driving the technical areas of CIM projects.

Responsibilities

Interface and monitor CIM Case Candidate requests from SBUs Maintain database of CIM Case Candidate requests and generate Management reports Perform basic quality check on data in CIM cases Setup DMS, WBS and authorizations for each CIM case Allocate Technical Lead to CIM Cases Administer Preparation Gate Meetings and action outcomes Measure and report out on Preparation KPIs Administer RCA Gate Meetings and action outcomes Measure and report out on RCA KPIs Identify and drive process and other improvements Support Project and Program Managers in planning and tracking

Qualifications

Engineering and/or business degree with 8+ years of industry experience Experience in Warranty Management will be an advantage Experience in Wind Industry especially with Vestas WTGs will be preferred Experience with DMAIC improvement cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM and gate models would be an advantage. Ability to continuously drive and lead change in the respective organizations - across BUs, functions and cultures Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency and integration - you know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally) Exposure to multi-culture and international organization is preferred

Quality mindset Usage of SAP, SharePoint and Office tools Good communicator - verbal and in written Fluent in English - written and oral Good analytical skills are required Technical interest and flair are preferred Proactive team player Self-motivated and target driven - proactive and enthusiastic with good attention to detail and willingness to take ownership
