**You will be part of the Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) department that operates across Vestas value chain, external suppliers and partners, leading multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product improvement.**

**The Engineer is responsible for driving the technical areas of CIM projects.**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform basic quality check on data in CIM cases
- Setup DMS, WBS and authorizations for each CIM case
- Allocate Technical Lead to CIM Cases
- Administer Preparation Gate Meetings and action outcomes
- Measure and report out on Preparation KPIs
- Administer RCA Gate Meetings and action outcomes
- Measure and report out on RCA KPIs
- Identify and drive process and other improvements
- Support Project and Program Managers in planning and tracking

**Qualifications**
- Engineering and/or business degree with 8+ years of industry experience
- Experience in Warranty Management will be an advantage
- Experience in Wind Industry especially with Vestas WTGs will be preferred
- Experience with DMAIC improvement cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM and gate models would be an advantage.
- Ability to continuously drive and lead change in the respective organizations - across BUs, functions and cultures
- Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency and integration - you know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally)
- Exposure to multi-culture and international organization is preferred
