About the Role:

The Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in driving strategic business planning and growth initiatives through the design of sales processes and leveraging of sales productivity tools. They work closely with the sales organization to identify issues and rectify them by collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge, and CRM systems
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and tools to support accurate sales projections


Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role. Min 1Year exp and not more that 4 yrs.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM)
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and organize
  • Passion for sales and operational development
