About theRole:In thisexciting role you will be responsible for developing and executingstrategic sales plans to expand Bayfields presence within theHORECA and QSR sectors. You will build strong relationships withkey decisionmakers identify new business opportunities and drivesignificant revenue growth. This leadership position will also playa pivotal role in building a robust channel network andspearheading the digital transformation of our sales and marketingefforts.Responsibilities:
  • Developand implement comprehensive sales strategies to target HORECA andQSR customers acrossIndia.
  • Create and implement astrategy to build a channel partner network across Indiaidentifying recruiting and managing distributors to expand marketreach.
  • Identify and qualify newleads conducting indepth market research andanalysis.
  • Build strong relationships with keydecisionmakers including chefs procurement managers and foodservice distributors.
  • Present Bayfields productportfolio and value proposition effectively negotiating and closingdeals.
  • Lead the digitalizationdrive of the organization in sales and marketing activities. Thismay include tasks such as implementing a CRM system developingonline marketing campaigns and utilizing digital salestools.
  • Oversee sales activitiessetting and achieving ambitious salestargets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitoractivity adapting strategies as needed.
  • Prepareinsightful reports on sales performance and markettrends.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsincluding marketing production and customer service to ensure aseamless customerexperience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Food Science or arelated field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience inB2B sales within the food industry preferably in the HORECA or QSRsegments.
  • Proven track record of exceedingsales targets and achieving business developmentgoals.
  • Excellent communication presentation andnegotiation skills.
  • Strong relationshipbuildingand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travelextensively across India.
  • Indepth knowledge ofthe HORECA and QSR industry dynamics inIndia.
  • Understanding of food trends andcustomer needs within the HORECA and QSR sectors aplus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Experience building and managingchannel partner networks (highlypreferred).
  • Experience with digital marketingand sales enablement tools (highlypreferred).
  • Selfmotivated with a strong workethic and the ability to manage multiplepriorities.
