Snapivite International Pvt. Ltd. is a one-stop solution provider for design & production of Printed Invitations, E-invites matching collaterals and Gifting with the main office located in Jaipur. Our focus sector is Weddings.

Job Brief:

As a Project Management Executive at Snapivite International (P) Ltd, you will be at the forefront of managing projects related to e-invitations and wedding gifting items. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering unique and memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed plans for projects, including timelines and what resources we'll need.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including designers and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, requirements, and preferences.
  • Communicate project updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the creative team to translate client requirements into creative briefs for e-invitations and wedding gifting items.
  • Ensure that the creative output aligns with client expectations and project goals.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including design teams and production staff, based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Anticipate and address potential resource constraints to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular reviews to maintain consistency and excellence in deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project status, timelines, and client communications.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or client servicing executive within the creative or events industry, preferably with a focus on weddings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with design processes and the ability to convey creative concepts to clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
