Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase.

Our lab's designed to create and launch new companies, products, and services. It's invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. We draw from our cross-functional expertise and collaborate to create these new offerings.

ABOUT DEPARTMENT

A smooth-running project creates the space for great work. We set our clients and our teams up for success by managing them, taking care of the details, ironing out issues, and ensuring projects run on time and on budget.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an analytical and smart Intern who is passionate for project management and team-handling. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital & IT projects, including site launches, digital marketing, web applications, ad campaigns, hardware & software deployments, etc.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Functional Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers on a project and offer administrative support.
  • May perform research and create training documents as assigned by the project managers.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparing strategic reports.
  • Implement and improve the project management mechanism.
  • Create and review workflows to drive effectiveness
  • Assist in creating project timelines, resource allocation and budgeting
  • Identify, analyse, evaluate and mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle

General Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on behalf of Project Managers.
  • Obtain weekly project status from all team members
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Monitor project progress and help with adjustments
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.


RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS

Years of Relevant Experience - Fresher

Education & Work experience** - We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelor's/Master’s degree/ diploma/ certification in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or other relevant fields and prior experience in assisting in Project Life Cylcle is a plus.

Software and Applications - Tech-savvy with good MS Office knowledge and strong experience with project management software.
