The candidate isstrongin artificial intelligence(AI) development, deployment, and sustained quality. This positioninvolvesdevelopment within our custom applicationsand new initiatives. The candidate workswith developers to integrate AI-poweredsolutions in existing products and new innovations.They willbuild automation into the enterprisesystem, monitormodel and data quality in production, andidentifyopportunities for ML and AI applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and fine tunescalable ML and Generative AI solutions for businessproblems.

  • Use ML and Generative AI tools tolabel data, build, train, tune and deploymodels.

  • Ensure the system is scalable andcapable of handling large datasets and high-demand workloads tosupport GenAIinitiatives.

  • Write code and developintelligent userinterfaces.

  • Integratewith existingframeworks andplatforms.

  • Developingand implementing APIs that allow AI systems to interact with othercomponents.

  • Working with team members toachieve daily, weekly, and monthlytargets.

  • Expanding your skills by attendingworkshops and trainingsessions

  • Working on differentshifts

Qualifications

  • Extensive softwareengineering experience in building high performance, large-scale MLsystems.

  • Possessgood understanding ofGANs ingenerating newdata from existing data.

  • Proficiencyin deep learning frameworks (e.g.,PyTorch,TensorFlow, etc.) and libraries commonly used in NLP and GenerativeAI.

  • Experiencewith distributed parallel training, large-scale multi-modalfoundation and generative models stronglypreferred.

  • Proficientin Pythonprogramming

  • Modeling techniques to support thefull spectrum of LLM tuning including prompt engineering,instruction tuning, ReinforcementLearning,parameter-efficient tuning, and fine-tuning strongly arepreferred.

  • Integrate AI systems into existingframeworks or platforms, havingcapabilities ofinteracting with othercomponents.

  • Familiarity with trainingmulti-modal foundation models and relevant frameworks stronglypreferred.

  • Familiarity with cloud-basedinfrastructure and experience deploying large-scale machinelearning models in productionenvironments.

  • Experience with Vector Databaseand Embeddings.
