Responsibilities:
  • Designand code efficient scalable systems that can accept feedback frommultiple hundred thousand employees and generateinsights
  • Design efficient and scalable systemsto process complex data pipeline for our search engineindexing
  • Experiment with different Machinelearning deployment technologies to improvelatency
  • Design test cases for complex datapipelines
  • Experiment with data to come up withunique insights and that can benefit ourclients
  • Identify libraries and technologiesworth experimentation
  • Participate inbrainstorming sessions to bring more value to ourclients
  • Investigate performance issues /scalability bottlenecks existing queries and/or write new querieswith performance optimization in mind
  • DevelopRESTful APIs that can be used by other backendservices
  • Debug and fix production level bugs asand when they cropup

Requirements:
  • 7years of experience in architecture anddeveloping high performance webapplications
  • Experiencewith systems ingesting / processing high amounts of data is aplus
  • Indepthunderstanding of the entire web development process (designdevelopment anddeployment)
  • Shouldhave done Btech/BE from Tier1college .
  • Workingknowledge of RESTful API paradigms
  • Expirencein Django
  • Experiencedin microservicesarchitecture
  • Solidengineering principles and a clear understanding ofdata structures andalgorithm
  • Experiencewith Python Fast API webserver
  • Experiencewith Kubernetesdeployments
  • Passionfor products empathy for users and aspiration to make a bigimpact
  • Experience withdeploying ML/Deep Learningsolutions would beplus
  • Experience withNLP would be great. Experience with SQLand NoSQLdatabase
