Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensureprojects meet the minimum requirements of the Transition Readinessprocess to pass smoothly through Technical Gates and maintainstability in live operationalenvironments.
  • Collaborate withProject Managers Business Owners Service Owners Managed ServicePartners Operations teams and 3rd parties to ensure projects meetall requirements.
  • Define and agreeon endtoend Technical Gate criteria throughout the projectlifecycle including testing training and nonfunctionalrequirements.
  • Establish and definethe endtoend support model with all key stakeholders acrossmultiple deliveryorganizations.
  • Ensure lifecycleresourcing training tooling support and documentation are providedwith formal signoff from all keystakeholders.
  • Capture and mitigateany risks to live operational services resulting from projectdeliveries.
  • Escalate issues earlyincluding sustained noncompliance or unresolved schedulingconflicts.
  • TransitionReadiness (TR) Function and ProcessDevelopment:
    • Identify and highlightpotential service improvements to enhance the TR function processesand stakeholder engagement.
    • Act asan ambassador for TR processes and controls promoting adherencethroughout Client ITS projects andoperations.
  • ServiceTransition (ST) Function and ProcessManagement:
    • Collaborate with theService Transition function to ensure projects are wellprepared forSTgates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorof Engineering / Bachelor ofTechnology
  • 6 years of experience ina similar role within an enterpriseorganization

Essential:

  • 12years of experience operating within a Service Management processin a bluechip or comparableorganization
  • Ability to plan andmanage your own workload while managing upwards with excellentattention to detail
  • Innovativeproblemsolving skills and a flexible adaptable approach towork
  • Strong analytical skills and asolid understanding of IT
  • Experiencewith core Service Management functions andprocesses
  • Handson knowledge of theproject lifecycle and project handover intooperations
  • Comfort with multi/matrixline guidance andreporting
  • Proficiency in ProjectManagement Life Cycle
  • Expertise inService Transition andreadiness
  • Ability to drive GATE 3and Project Handover calls
  • Definefunctional and nonfunctional projectexpectations
  • Experience with projectremediation
  • Proficiency in MS Officesuite and advanced PMP tools
  • ITIL V4Foundation Certification
  • AZ900 AzureFundamentalsCertification

Goodto Have:

  • Provenunderstanding of change management processes in a fullychangemanaged environment(ITIL)
  • Excellent troubleshooting andproblem resolution skills
  • Experienceworking to aggressive and changingdeadlines
  • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills

WorkShift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM(7:30 AM to 5:00 PM UKTime)
