Role andResponsibilities:
- Manageendtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening andinterviewing candidates.
- Conduct telecallingand manage candidate databaseeffectively.
- Handle administrative tasks suchas managing the front desk welcoming clients and maintaining officepremises.
- Coordinate with other departments toschedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage andmaintain office supplies including ordering stocking anddistribution.
- Assist in preparing anddistributing emails and othercorrespondence.
- Perform regular supervision onsecurity and housekeeping.
- In charge ofinventory control and management of stationery paper and otheroffice supplies.
- Manage vendor relationshipsfor business cards letterheads stickersetc.
- Provide support to other departments suchas HR Accounts Marketing and Administration on a dailybasis.
CandidateQualifications:
- Minimumof 25 years of experience in recruitment andadministration.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask andprioritize workeffectively.
