Job Description: Trainee - HumanResources cum Admin
SUMMARY:
As a Trainee in Human Resources cum Admin , you willplay a pivotal role in supporting various administrative functionswhile also managing receptionist duties withinthe
organization. This role offers an opportunity to gainpractical experience and knowledge in HR operations, employeerelations, administrative support, and front deskmanagement.
The Trainee will work closely with the HR andAdministrative teams to contribute to the smooth functioning ofthese departments, while also ensuring a professional andwelcoming
experience for visitors and employees at thereception area.
KeyResponsibilities:
ReceptionistDuties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors,clients, and employees, providing a warm and professionalwelcome.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages,and redirect calls as appropriate.
- Manage thereception area, including keeping it clean, organized, and stockedwith
- necessary supplies.
Coordinatemeeting room bookings and assist with visitor sign-inprocedures.
HR Administration:
Assist inmaintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracyand
confidentiality.
Support HR activities suchas performance appraisals, employee surveys, andemployee
communications.
Help in organizingemployee training and development programs.
EmployeeRelations:
Assist in handling employee inquiries andconcerns in a timely and professional manner.
Contributeto maintaining a positive work environment by promoting employeeengagement
initiatives andactivities.
Administrative Support:
Provideadministrative support to the HR and Administrative teams,including managing
calendars, scheduling meetings, andhandling correspondence.
Assist in maintaining officesupplies inventory and organizing office events orfunctions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Pursuing orrecently completed any Bachelor’s degree.
Strongorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
Good communication and interpersonalskills.
Good in Microsoft Office applications (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
Proactive attitude and willingness tolearn.
Receptionist experience or strong customer serviceskills preferred.
Ability to multitask and workeffectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professionaldemeanour and appearance.
