  • Handle compliants over call from residents and log them in ERP software(Mygate,Adda,Apnacomplex, Nobroker)
  • Be the first point of contact from Clients/residents for any issues
  • Proactively communicate the status of tickets
  • Allocate tickets to team members of 20 people and update the status
  • Maintain Site attendance and documentation for the site and assist FM
