Job Title: Relationship ManagerLoan Against Property (LAP) and Micro LAP

Location: Delhi

Salary : upto 4 LPA

Role Overview: TheRelationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expandinga portfolio of clients seeking Loan Against Property (LAP) andMicro LAP solutions. This role involves developing strong clientrelationships understanding their financial needs and providingtailored solutions to meet their goals. The ideal candidate willhave a deep understanding of LAP and Micro LAP products and aproven track record in client relationship management.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and RelationshipManagement:

    • Identifyand acquire new clients through various channels includingreferrals networking and market research.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existingclients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriateLAP and Micro LAP solutions.
    • Act as a trustedadvisor to clients offering expert guidance and recommendations onLAP and Micro LAP products.

  2. Sales and BusinessDevelopment:

    • Drivesales of LAP and Micro LAP products by meeting or exceedingassigned targets and goals.
    • Conduct marketanalysis to identify potential clients and opportunities forgrowth.
    • Develop and implement strategies toenhance market presence and expand the client base.

  3. ProductKnowledge and Advisory:

    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LAP and Micro LAPproducts including features benefits and eligibilitycriteria.
    • Provide detailed information toclients about product options terms and conditions and help themmake informed decisions.
    • Assist clients withthe application process including documentation andapprovals.

  4. Customer Service andSupport:

    • Ensure highlevels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries andresolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with internal teams such as creditunderwriting and operations to ensure smooth processing anddelivery of loans.
    • Conduct regular followupswith clients to review their needs and provide ongoingsupport.

  5. Reporting andCompliance:

    • Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of client interactions transactionsand feedback.
    • Prepare and present regularreports on sales performance client activity and market trends tomanagement.
    • Ensure compliance with companypolicies regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in FinanceBusiness Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management sales orfinancial services preferably with a focus on LAP and Micro LAPproducts.
  • Strong understanding of LAP andMicro LAP product offerings credit analysis and underwritingprocesses.
  • Excellent communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build andmaintain strong client relationships.
