Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineer Production to join our dynamic team in Hosur. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will exhibit strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills, contributing to our objectives in providing engineering solutions within the automotive industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Leadership (Mandatory skill) with the ability to lead teams and projects effectively toward achieving strategic goals.
  • Problem Solving (Mandatory skill) to identify complex issues and implement effective solutions in time-sensitive environments.
  • Project Management (Mandatory skill) with a strong capability to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Experience in Software Architecture including best practices for building scalable and maintainable software systems.
  • Proven ability in Team Collaboration to work well within cross-functional groups and communicate efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Code Review to ensure code quality and adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
  • System Design skills to develop and implement comprehensive plans that align with business requirements.
