Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer at The Pacific Group in Hosur. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Quartz Product Designer to conceptualize, design, and create innovative products that can be efficiently manufactured by quartz production companies. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles and manufacturing processes. The designer will work closely with production teams to ensure that designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with market trends. Designer has to stay updated on current market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to design innovative and desirable products. Propose designs that meet both functional requirements and aesthetic demands.
Qualifications
Visual Design and Product Design skills
Design Thinking expertise
User Research and UX Research experience
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, or related field
3+ years of experience in product design, preferably with quartz, ceramics, or natural stone materials.
