Job Overview

The Production Lead Specialist at HYA Tech Private Limited is a senior-level, full-time position based in Hosur. The successful candidate will oversee production processes, ensuring quality standards are met and production goals are achieved. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes (Mandatory skill) to ensure efficient production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Attention to detail (Mandatory skill) is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards and preventing errors during the production process.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team (Mandatory skill) to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Proficient in quality control to monitor production processes and ensure products meet company standards.
  • Experience in inventory management to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between various departments and report to senior management.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the production team to ensure all production targets are met in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product standards are consistently met.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Identify and solve production-related problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and address any issues or requirements.
  • Provide training and development to production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance, including insights and recommendations for improvements.
