Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Support Specialist with experience in data-driven processes and technical support.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft SQL, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. Experience with Cisco Commerce is a plus.

Location: Bangalore

Must-Have: The candidate should have 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Support and Microsoft SQL & Data-driven process

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support through data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize Microsoft SQL for querying and resolving customer issues.
  • Manage and improve data-driven processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Support and manage tasks related to Cisco Commerce (preferred).
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries in a rotational shift model.

  • Experience: 4 to 10 years in a customer care support role.
  • Location - Bangalore
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
    • Knowledge of data-driven processes and support methodologies.
    • Familiarity with Cisco Commerce (good to have).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Shift: Rotational shifts.
  • Mode: Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work).
