We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Support Specialist with experience in data-driven processes and technical support.
Location: Bangalore
Must-Have: The candidate should have 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Support and Microsoft SQL & Data-driven process
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Utilize Microsoft SQL for querying and resolving customer issues.
- Manage and improve data-driven processes to enhance customer experience.
- Support and manage tasks related to Cisco Commerce (preferred).
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries in a rotational shift model.
- Experience: 4 to 10 years in a customer care support role.
- Location - Bangalore
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
- Knowledge of data-driven processes and support methodologies.
- Familiarity with Cisco Commerce (good to have).
