  • Develop andimplement social media strategies to increase brand awareness andachieve marketing goals.
  • Create engaging andhighquality content across various social media platforms includingwritten visual and video content.
  • Monitor trackand analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provideinsights and recommendations for continuousimprovement.
  • Manage the social media contentcalendar and ensure timely and consistentposting.
  • Foster an active and engaged onlinecommunity by responding to comments and messages and initiating andmoderating conversations.
  • Collaborate with themarketing and content teams to align social media strategies withoverall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated withthe latest social media trends algorithms and best practices todrive innovation and optimizeperformance.
  • Develop and manage social mediaadvertising campaigns and budgets across variousplatforms.
  • Monitor social media metrics andKPIs to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries andresolve any issues through social media channels in a timely andprofessional manner.
  • Coordinate with externalagencies and vendors as needed to execute social media campaignsand initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor researchand analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunitiesfor differentiation.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate social media activities intooverall marketing plans andinitiatives.
  • Regularly audit and optimizesocial media profiles ensuring consistency and brandalignment.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications or relatedfield.
  • Proven work experience as a Social MediaManager or similar role demonstrating successful implementation ofsocial media strategies andcampaigns.
  • Proficiency in using social mediamanagement and analytics tools such as Hootsuite Buffer GoogleAnalytics and social media ad platforms.
  • Strongunderstanding of social media KPIs metrics and analytics to measureand interpret the performance of social mediaefforts.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to effectively craftcompelling content for social mediaplatforms.
  • Demonstrated creativity andinnovation in developing engaging and shareable social mediacontent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projectsand priorities in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.
  • Experience in paid social mediaadvertising and budget management to drive targeted reach andconversions.
  • Proficient in using graphic designand photo editing tools for creating visualcontent.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and theability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the socialmedia landscape.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully building and engaging online communities acrossvarious social media platforms.
  • Uptodateknowledge of social media algorithm changes platform features andindustry best practices.
