As an AssistantSales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales andensuring exceptional customer service within our organization. Youwill be responsible for coordinating with the sales team managingtargets handling customer interactions and leading a team towardsachieving set goals. The ideal candidate will possess strongleadership skills excellent communication abilities and a proactiveapproach to salesmanagement.


Requirements

MainResponsibilities:

  1. SalesTarget Achievement:

  • Worktowards achieving monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as setby theorganization.

  1. CustomerInteraction and Service Conversion:

  • Interactwith customers to understand their needs provide them with relevantinformation about products or services and convert inquiries intosalesopportunities.

  1. TeamCoordination:

  • Collaboratewith the sales team to ensure effective coordination andachievement of collective targets. Provide guidance support andmotivation to team members to optimize theirperformance.

  1. TeamHandling:

  • Leadmentor and manage a team of sales executives. Conduct regularperformance evaluations provide feedback and implement strategiesto enhance teamproductivity.

  1. ActivityPlanning:

  • Developand execute sales strategies and plans to maximize revenuegeneration. Coordinate with the sales team to organize promotionalactivities events and campaigns to increase brand visibility anddrivesales.
