Weare currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to joinour team as a Fund Management Operations Specialist with expertisein Portfolio Management Services (PMS). In this role you will beresponsible for overseeing the operational aspects of fundmanagement while also leveraging your PMS experience to optimizeportfolio management processes. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in fund management operations coupled with a deepunderstanding of PMS operations and a commitment to deliveringexcellence in clientservice.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Utilizeyour expertise in PMS operations to streamline and enhanceportfolio management processes including portfolio constructionrebalancing and performancemeasurement.
  • Demonstratean indepth understanding of fund management operations includingportfolio administration trade execution reconciliation andperformancemeasurement.
  • Manageand oversee all operational aspects related to fund managementactivities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements andinternalpolicies.
  • Actas a liaison between our organization and custodians brokers andother thirdparty service providers. Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships to facilitate seamless transactions and resolve anyoperational issuesefficiently.
  • Identifyand mitigate operational risks associated with fund managementactivities implementing controls and procedures to safeguard assetsand maintain dataintegrity.
  • Generateand analyse operational reports to monitor key performanceindicators identify areas for improvement and supportdecisionmakingprocesses.
Requirement
  • Demonstrableexperience in fund management operations with a strongunderstanding of trade lifecycle processes settlements andreconciliationactivities.
  • Provenexperience in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) includingperformance measurement and clientreporting.
  • Currentlyworking in a fund management team with handson experience inoperations.
  • Comprehensiveunderstanding of fund management operations including tradelifecycle settlement processes and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Proventrack record of liaising with custodians and brokers with theability to build and maintain effectivepartnerships.
  • Priorexperience with Order Management Systems and familiarity with thebackoffice operations of Orbis Financial Services ispreferred.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data andidentifytrends.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively across teams and communicate with externalstakeholders.
