Sound interesting? Then come and join our team as Head of Accounting & Controlling SHS AC Hub India , responsible for accounting & controlling matters of all Healthineers organization (Healthineers Classics & Varian) for Zone India. Areas of Responsibilities: Drives global pilot of SHS AC Hub with strategic alignment with global function in defining One-AC Hub concept that combines all accounting & controlling activities of Healthineers Classics and Varian for Zone India. Assumes local exemplary leadership role and drives implementation of the One-AC Hub for Zone India Assumes responsibilities and takes full ownership in leading the team for the deliverables of IFRS and Local GAAP financial statement reporting with proactive collaborations with relevant stakeholders and service providers. Undertakes project management role with focus on ongoing and upcoming strategic projects of AC organizations relevant for Zone India. Experience:
Experienced AC/finance leadership role with strong skills in communication and collaborations with relevant stakeholder Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements (local GAAP, tax, foreign exchange) covering countries of Zone India  Competence: 
Driving for Results : Sets high standards (personal and group) and monitors progress towards goals. Drives high performance culture in meeting goals.  Defines success by goal achievement and continuous improvement. Execution
