The Client Service Associate plays acrucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Thisposition is vital to our organization as it directly impacts clientsatisfaction and retention. The Client Service Associate acts as aliaison between the company and its clients ensuring their needsare met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficientmanner.
Keyresponsibilities
  • Build and maintainrelationships with clients by providing prompt and accuratesupport
  • Address client inquiries and concernsvia phone email and inpersonmeetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams toensure client needs are met
  • Assist in theonboarding of new clients and provide product/servicedemonstrations
  • Resolve client issues andescalate complex matters to the appropriatedepartment
  • Manage client accounts and ensureaccurate and uptodate information
  • Prepare anddeliver reports to clients regarding their accounts orservices
  • Assist in the development andimplementation of client service policies andprocedures
  • Manage and prioritize multipleclient requests and tasks
  • Coordinate andparticipate in client meetings andpresentations
  • Conduct client satisfactionsurveys and analyze feedback
  • Stay updated onindustry trends and changes to better serveclients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketingteams to support client retention andexpansion
  • Participate in company events andclient appreciation initiatives
  • Adhere to allcompliance and regulatorystandards

Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or related field
  • Provenexperience in a clientfacing role or customer serviceposition
  • Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skillsand ability to build rapport withclients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage timeeffectively
  • Problemsolving skills and abilityto handle difficult situations withprofessionalism
  • Proficient in CRM software andMicrosoft Office suite
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam
  • Detailoriented with excellentorganizational skills
  • Understanding offinancial services and products(preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced anddynamic work environment
  • Strong ethicalstandards and commitment to clientconfidentiality
  • Willingness to continuouslylearn and improve client serviceskills
  • Professional demeanor andappearance
  • Certifications in client service orrelated areas (aplus)
