Client Servicing Executive Digital MarketingThe Primary role of client servicing associate is to help Manager in servicing client. Attend Client meeting, understand their requirements, Pitch in efforts in digital marketing with respect to content writing, organics or with making business proposal, Should have good communication skill, Should have good working knowledge of digital marketing. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely assistance and support. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. Proactively communicate with clients regarding updates, changes, and relevant information related to their accounts or services. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.Experience: 6 Months to 1 YearSalary : 2.5 to 3LPA + Benefits
