Your role:

Candidate should be well versed with all the import shipping documents. Candidate must have complete knowledge of import process in India. Coordination with foreign suppliers for shipment arrangement. Coordination with freight forwarder, shipping line, CHA and transporter. Green light process adherence Keeping track of shipping documents and further communication to respective service providers Creation of Ewaybill Tracking of shortage and damages and insurance claim Maintaining files for shipment wise import documents Adherence of shipment allocation as per lane awarded through global negotiation. Supporting role in operational process, reporting and meeting deadlines. Risk identification of compliance breach on Customs Effective documentation, presentation skills Be a self-starter, action oriented, organized and disciplined.

1. Experience - A minimum of 6-7 years of experience
2. Skills-

Ability to work independently with end-to-end import operation in a complaint way. Ability to work with team. Proactive communication is must.

3. Education- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Diploma in Engineering with PG Diploma / Degree in International operations

4. Anything else-

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Attentive to detail
