As the Lead Application Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software applications, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that we deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of software engineers in the development and deployment of applications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure that our solutions are cutting-edge and competitive
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, helping them to grow and develop their skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience in leading and managing a team of software engineers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex technical problems
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
