Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth in the institutional sector.
Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients, including but not limited to corporate entities, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of institutional clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, revenue targets, and market trends.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify new business opportunities.
