Job Desvription : 

  • Provide customer service over the phone with existing clients and new prospects by getting product feedback.
  • Maintain CRM by collecting and updating data of existing clients and prospects.
  • Follow up on tasks created in CRM on day to day basis.
  • Assist on-filed and off-filed sales team by providing service to clients over the phone.
  • Be able to close sales leads pending for confirmation over the phone.
  • Follow up existing clients through whatsapp or phone calls for repeat orders.
  • Generate reports in CRM for sales team and report directly to GM and MD.
