Maintain CRM by collecting and updating data of existing clients and prospects.

Follow up on tasks created in CRM on day to day basis.

Assist on-filed and off-filed sales team by providing service to clients over the phone.

Be able to close sales leads pending for confirmation over the phone.

Follow up existing clients through whatsapp or phone calls for repeat orders.

Generate reports in CRM for sales team and report directly to GM and MD.
