RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Insert duties
  • Please listat least 5 duties / accountabilities.
  • Procurement of items viz sheet metalcabinets wire harness fuses switchgear Class C itemsetc.
  • Releasing ofPOs w.r.t. MRP released by PlanningDepartment.
  • Followup and coordination with Suppliersfor timely delivery ( On time Delivery ) ofmaterial
  • Inventory Optimization Controlled daywiseincoming material for space optimization at plant
  • Other tasks:Supplier OTD (Delivery Rating) Buying Plan estimation monitoring& control Open POs monitoring etc.
  • Knowledge of Imports & Shipment TermsCustoms Clearance.
  • Handon Experience on Supplier ManagementMaterial Ordering Tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Engineering Diploma / Degree MaterialManagement Degree/ Diploma.
  • Minimum 57 Yearsexperience in Purchase dept.
