We have an opportunity for Manager -Strategy at Mumbai - Thane location with INVOICEMART - A.Treds.


A.TREDS Limited (a group company of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time.

Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.

Job Overview –


As the Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the strategic initiatives that drive our growth and competitive positioning in the fintech space. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, shape long-term strategies, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals. Also with awareness about regulatory framework.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning : Lead the development of corporate and business unit strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the fintech industry.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives on the company’s financial performance.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and partners, to communicate strategy and progress.
  • Innovation : Stay abreast of emerging fintech trends and technologies, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of industry innovation.


Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or a related field, with a focus on fintech or financial services.


Analytical Skills:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of strategic thinking and execution.


Technical Knowledge:


  • Familiarity with fintech technologies, digital banking, blockchain, or other relevant areas is a plus
