Position Summary: We areseeking an organized and detailoriented RecruitmentCoordinator to support our recruitment team. Thisrole is perfect for individuals who excel at multitasking and havea passion for streamlining the recruitment process ensuring aseamless experience for both candidates and hiringmanagers.

KeyResponsibilities:

Interview Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers ensuring availability and timely communication.

Candidate Communication:Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout therecruitment process providing updates and answeringqueries.

JobPosting: Assist in posting job descriptions onvarious job boards and company platforms to attract qualifiedcandidates.

DocumentManagement: Handle the collection and organizationof candidate documents including resumes cover letters andapplication forms.

OnboardingSupport: Assist in the onboarding process bycoordinating with HR to ensure all necessary paperwork andpreemployment checks are completed.

Data Entry: Maintain accuraterecords of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system(ATS) and other HR databases.

Reporting: Generate andmaintain reports on recruitment metrics providing insights to therecruitment and HR teams.

EventCoordination: Assist in organizing recruitmentevents such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.

Compliance: Ensure allrecruitment activities comply with legal and regulatoryrequirements.

Collaboration: Work closelywith recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth andefficient recruitment process.

Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordinationprocesses and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.
  • Strongorganizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • High attention to detail andaccuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office andexperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information withconfidentiality.
  • Strong timemanagement skillsand ability to work under pressure.
