Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at multitasking and have a passion for streamlining the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and timely communication.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
- Job Posting: Assist in posting job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Document Management: Handle the collection and organization of candidate documents, including resumes, cover letters, and application forms.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with HR to ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks are completed.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to the recruitment and HR teams.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong Organizational Skills: With the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills: With the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: With the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Time Management: The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
