**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the IT industry.

In-depth knowledge of various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools for finding IT professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lalkothi, Jaipur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
