**ROLE**:BPO RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE (Jaipur Location)**

**AVAILABILITY**:

- **Immediate or 0-15 Days Notice Period based out in Jaipur or Rajasthan only.**

**EXPERIENCE**:

- **3 - 5 years experience in BPO Recruitment**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for identifying, attracting top-tier talent to meet the client organization’s staffing needs.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri etc), social media professional network to identify potential applicants.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placements.
- Track key metrics to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment hiring process with recruitment life cycle experience.
- Experience in **BPO Hiring is mandatory.**:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good Count of LinkedIn connections.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
