JOB PURPOSE

To develop strategies to improve the passenger experience of Hyderabad Airport and achieve the ASQ ratings & score. This role will ensure that the TOPs, CFL and AOCC departments are functioning as per the set objectives, this role will also help in improving the succession pipeline by grooming resource who can take up the role of COO .

ORGANISATION CHART

 

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Establish and monitor controls, to evaluate performance in meeting set departmental KPI’s including ASQ programme and takes appropriate actions to correct performance and develop initiatives to meet requirements

ASQ score & rank

Support COO in day to day operation and in preparation of AOP and strategies for Airport Operation % adherence Support COO in the development and evaluation of work programs, processes , systems and procedures to achieve departmental goals , objectives and performance measures Improvements implemented Study the  internal & external environment value drivers & opportunities and implement for enhancing passenger satisfaction No of new improvements implemented Manage and enhance the relationship with government, regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders so as to ensure that their interests are aligned with those of the organsation.  % of issues addressed Lead the team and work with reportees to develop and retain highly competent, service oriented staff through training and day to day management practices that supports GHIALs mission, objectives and service expectation

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Support business development team in all airport and aertotplies related commercial ventures and new business projects % adherence Ensure that the SOP , MDI, AEP and DSM are periodically reviewed and updated Availability of 100 % updated documents Support the relevant authority during audits and take the necessary actions in case of negative audit findings OFI closure Develops plans to meet unexpected situations, new developments and changes in processes; prepares for emergencies; understands the factors and conditions affecting programs and recommends appropriate responses when these change. Instances of business discontinuity Monitor the budget utilization and other financial measures, study and analyze causes for significant deviation from budget and take corrective actions for the same AOP Vs Actual Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, rules, regulations and laws; stays abreast of legal, regulatory and policy developments affecting areas of responsibility; enforces legal and regulatory requirements impartially.
