Role M1 Job Level/ Designation  Manager – Channel Management / Operations Function / Department FINANCE Location DELHI Job Purpose To ensure end to end Channel Life Cycle Management and enhance Channel Satisfaction. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Onboarding of channel partners into the accounting system and billing systems Validation and timely release of payouts of Prepaid / Postpaid Retail and Enterprise Channel Partners Analysis of Schemes and Payout to Channel Partner and share insights to Management for better decision making. Assistance to channel partners through preparing payout invoices for submission by channel partners and GST reimbursements Handle Channel issues on Primary Invoice to Channel partners Front ending on channel partner issues relating to payouts and other concerns. Full and final settlement of channel partners in coordination with sales team.
