Your Impact as Manager – Group Finance
I. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will acquire knowledge on the intercompany reconciliation tool (ICMR) and support the financial controllers worldwide in the monthly intercompany reconciliation process. You will prepare the monthly management reporting process (limited scope and complexity) in the current consolidation tool (BFC on HANA) You will support the reporting requirements linked to IFRS 16 ‘Leases’ in the related software and co-host the helpdesk during the reporting periods to support controllers and financial managers in solving reporting questions. You will support the team in the preparation of external reporting such as annual report or press releases (Workiva disclosure management tool) and assist by performing specific subtasks. You provide financial information to different stakeholders by running existing and developing new reports.II. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 5+ year experience You have a good knowledge on SAP accounting and intercompany transactions You are IT minded You speak fluently English. Any other language is an asset. You have an analytical mind, you work in a structured way and you have a helicopter view to assess the consequences of specific actions. You are a real team player, you like to help and support your colleagues where possible and you like to share your knowledge with the members of the team. You are eager to learn continuously new things and to deepen your expertise related to consolidation. You are a hands-on person, focused on continuous improvement.Will you dare to take the next step?
