Infobloxis looking for Procurement Intern for the year 2024. You will joinour Procurement team in Bangalore reporting to the Senior Managerof Strategic Sourcing. In this role you will be exposed tounderstanding Procurement team functioning various policies andprocess collaborating teams. You will focus on training anddeveloping practical experience from the knowledge acquired duringacademic study. You will be given tasks to complete under theguidance of the appropriate mentor/team member assigned to you. Youwill work with the global Procurement team and be part of an agileexperienced group of inhouse procurementprofessionals.

Whatyou lldo:

Assistthe Procurement helpdesk in understanding business needs andsupport them to driveclosure.Supportcategory managers on various processes including identifyingsourcingopportunities.Supportsupplier diversityeffortsHelpcategory managers with sourcing and procurement support whenneeded.EnsureProcurement policy compliance throughout the P2Pcycle.Oversee thecreation of PRs in ERPsystem.DocumentLegal files and contracts into the contract repositorytoolWork onprojects of limited complexity in a supportrole.
Whatyou llbring:

Adegree inengineeringBasicprocurement cycle and FinanceknowledgeAccountingand accruals knowledge is aplus.Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work withglobalstakeholders.Theability to think strategically and work on daytoday transactionalissues.A passionfor customer service is desired and an understanding of theimportance of CSAT isrequired.Proficiencyin MS office skills including MS Excel PowerPoint andWordExcellentverbal and written communication skills in English problemsolvingskills and presentationskills
