In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Plan, handle, and lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS R12 Develop scope of work statements, project plans, project schedules, work breakdown structures, resource allocation models, and implementation action plans Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables per Emerson internal client's requirements Define complete end-to-end phased planning for various implementation phases, initiation to post-deployment support. Monitor and track project tasks and resource requirements from time to time for different phases of implementation. Work with Emerson internal client for satisfactory execution of project per schedule Adhere to project timelines to meet and achieve on-time delivery. Track project work status, communicate with Emerson internal client sponsors and stakeholders, and deliver on-time within scope and budget Handle project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, ensure project scope and budget are in control. Working knowledge of ERP functional issues that arise during implementations, upgrade, new system features and strategize issue resolution plan Identify project risks, assess risks and plan for mitigation and contingencies Lead meetings between partners, resources, project sponsors and executives to provide project status reporting in accordance with PMO guidelines Collaborate with third-party service providers, Emerson internal client PMs, technical developers, DBAs, internal Global distributed teams, and business users on system requirements gathering, system analysis, design, and implementation of new features and systems Work with training resources to ensure requisite training is imparted to business users as part of project implementation Apply SDLC procedures and practices for all activities and work assignments Coordinate and verify system testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and new Implementation of Oracle EBS application modules Responsible for participating/conducting Change Acceptance Board review meetings, updating the project management calendar, cutover plans, and Application Maintenance Plans Partner with business functional areas to improve processes leading to efficiencies Liaise with vendors, third-party service providers to ensure projects are completed on a timely manner Work with Oracle Support to resolve Service Requests by using project Functional and Technical teams. Ensures proper communication within project team; ensures project status, issues and successes are communicated to project governance and documented appropriately Maintain and publish all project-related communications with relevant partners Demonstrate accountability for meeting project timelines at regular interval and delivery quality Work with Global distributed teams.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Proficient experience spanning 12-15 years in Oracle ERP Implementation coupled with hands-on experience with various project phases such as Implementation, development, testing, and support. Minimum 8 + years of experience as project manager with responsibility for Project Management. Proficiency in project management phases, techniques, tools, and Project Reporting Experience expertise in managing multiple projects at once and ensuring priority of issues and risks Validated history of successful Implementations in Oracle EBS Projects and Non-Oracle Projects (Web Applications / Integrations) Experience with requirement gathering, project planning & monitoring and tracking are essential Understanding of Project critical metrics, SLAs and able to perform both preparation & analysis of critical metrics Understand, prioritize, and call out where necessary and prepare a risk mitigation plan Should be able to schedule, host and run Project related meetings and maintain project artefacts Should be well versed with MS Excel (Advanced), MS PowerPoint, and MS Project Experience with managing projects on both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Should have experience managing both Fixed price and T&M projects Strong analytical skills to articulate Business scenarios to Oracle EBS functionalities. Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineering Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment. Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations. Able to handle and schedule multiple priorities and meet timelines. Ability to multi-task and context-switch between different activities and teams.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent Experience Oracle certifications if any will be added qualifications. PMP certification or any Project Management Certification Proficient Expertise/experience in web applications and architecture preferred BS degree experience or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent Experience handling Projects comprising team members from different internal teams and locations Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and principles Able to travel at least 30%Our Offer to You:
