DaytoDayResponsibilities:
- Engagewith existing clients to ensure they are maximizing the value ofMyOperators solutions.
- Proactivelycontact clients to gather feedback and provideassistance.
- Assist in onboarding newclients guiding them through the setup process and ensuring asmooth transition to using ourservices.
- Collaborate with internalteams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems whennecessary.
- Develop a deepunderstanding of MyOperators products and services to addresscustomer inquiries and provide solutionseffectively.
- Help identifyopportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products orservices to existingclients.
RequirementsRequirements
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills focusing on building andmaintaining positive relationships withclients.
- Proactive attitude andwillingness to take initiative in addressing customer needs andconcerns.
- Ability to workcollaboratively in a fastpaced environment interacting withcrossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional customerservice.
- Detailoriented with strongorganizational and time managementskills.
- A basic understanding ofcustomer success principles or previous experience in customerservice roles is aplus.
