Position:Workday Cloud AnalystWork Model :Remote (BengaluruIND)Experience:57Years
Thisposition will be responsible for the maintenance and support ofWorkday including the ability to provide guidance and influencebest practice design decisions for our Workdayimplementation.
  • Knowledgeand Expertise: Serve as a Workday configurationSubject Matter Expert with deep knowledge of current functionalityand capabilities including business processes integrations andsecurity. Leads highly technical specialized and complex projects.Oversees the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements aswell as the design of system test plans and test scenarios. Serveas a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities for theinstitution client groups and individuals with a focus on productand service development delivery and support and applying keytechnologies. Stay abreast of trends in information systemstraining materials and techniques via Workday Community and othersources to continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRISapplication/toolsknowledge.
  • Projects/ProcessImprovement: Recommend and implement process/userexperience improvements and innovative solutions. Serve as a keyliaison with internal customers (e.g. payroll recruitingcompensation and other departments). Use project management skillsin managing projects.
  • SystemMaintenance: Assist in the review testing andimplementation of HRMS upgrades or patches. Collaborate withfunctional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgradeor fix. Maintain HRMS tables. Document process and results. Assistsin the maintenance of the HRIS helpdesk tickets and ensuresresolution to all tickets in a timely manner. Lead and/orparticipate in the review testing and implementation of Workdayreleases and communicate the potential benefit of these features tostakeholders.
  • Reports/Queries:Write maintain and support a variety of reports or queries usingappropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standardreports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity insystems by running queries and analyzingdata.
What You WillHave:
  • Skills:Must have 58 years of experience as a highlevel HRIS administratorrole Workday preferred with demonstrated experience in the designof Workday HCM Compensation and Benefits; handson configurationrequired. Experience should include systems implementationsintegration and HR systems; project experience in a technical ortechnofunctional role on one or more HR ERPimplementations.
  • Pace and Style:Strong Problemsolving skills with a high level ofinitiative serviceoriented problem solver that is adept at workingwith internal client groups asking why understanding their businessneeds and focusing the end user experience. Confident subjectmatter expert that is personable professional and workscollaborative across departments such as IT compliance and HR teammembers. Ability to collaborate and influence while facilitatingcommunication with business and technical teams. Ability to managemultiple highpriority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities whilemeetingdeadlines.
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in a related discipline such as Human ResourcesInformation Systems or similar from a regionally accreditedinstitution. An equivalent combination of education and relatedwork experience may be substituted upon the hiring supervisor sapproval.
