JobDuties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with functional HR teams and endusers to review andunderstand current and future state HR and/or business processesand needs. Own or Support various HRIS tasksand projects within the Workday HRIS ecosystem including but notlimited to needs analysis impact analysis documentation of businessrequirements configuring and unit testing solutions in Workdaybuilding test scripts co ordinating testing efforts including UATpreparing for production roll out help with change managementefforts. Understand and follow definedsystem change policies standards and bestpractices. Work with Workday security Adminto implement security changes needed for solutions beingdelivered. Provide Workday reportsdevelopment support. Understand the endtoendbusiness process and design medium or large Workday enhancementsand/or projects. Develop appropriate testscenarios and scripts as needed. Providefunctional production support system configuration system testing& product /data stewardship for Workday HRIS. Thisincludes performing data management tasks including EIBloads. Contribute/lead biannual Workdayrelease process and other new functionality releaseprojects.Qualifications andAbilities 6 years ofexperience working with Workday HR in an HRISrole. Strong configuration skills in WorkdayHRIS Manager and Employee selfservice Core Compensation and/orAdvanced Compensation Performance Management Talent ManagementWorkday reporting including complex reports and calculatedfields. Workday data management skillsincluding EIB loads. Sound understanding ofWorkday security principles. Knowledge andexperience in systems implementations change management andknowledge management testing methodologies and bestpractices. Advanced proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite including Excel Word andPowerPoint. Excellent Analyticalproblemsolving interpersonal communication and teambuildingskills. Attention to detail and excellentorganization skills. Ability to communicate(both written and verbal) complex subjects to all levels of theorganization. Proficiency in Smartsheet andVisio preferred. Workday Extend experienceis a plus
