Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
- Developand implement quality management systems specifically tailored tothe lithiumion battery manufacturing process ensuring compliancewith industry standards andregulations.
- Lead qualityassurance activities throughout the battery production lifecycleincluding incoming materials inspection manufacturing processes andfinal producttesting.
- Establish andmaintain rigorous quality control measures to monitor criticalparameters and ensure the consistency and reliability of batteryperformance.
- Conduct regularaudits and assessments to evaluate adherence to quality standardsidentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions asnecessary.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including R&D engineering operationsand supply chain to address qualityrelated issues and drivecontinuous improvementinitiatives.
- Analyze quality dataand metrics to track performance trends identify root causes ofdefects or failures and implement preventive measures to mitigatefuture risks.
- Develop and delivertraining programs to educate employees on quality standards bestpractices and safety protocols relevant to lithiumion batterymanufacturing.
- Stay updated onindustry trends technological advancements and regulatory changesrelated to lithiumion battery manufacturing and ensure that ourquality management systems remain current andeffective.
- Establish andmaintain relationships with key stakeholders including customerssuppliers and regulatory agencies to foster a culture of qualityexcellence andtrust.
- Drive a culture ofquality consciousness and accountability throughout theorganization emphasizing the importance of quality in all aspectsof ouroperations.
- Bachelor'sdegree in engineering materials science chemistry or a relatedfield; Master's degreepreferred.
- 10 years ofexperience in quality management preferably in the lithiumionbattery industry or a relatedfield.
- Indepth knowledge oflithiumion battery manufacturing processes quality standards (e.g.ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001) and regulatory requirements (e.g.UN38.3 IEC62133).
- Familiarity withquality tools and methodologies such as Failure Mode and EffectsAnalysis (FMEA) Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design ofExperiments(DOE).
- Strong leadership andproject management skills with the ability to drive crossfunctionalteams and influence stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
- Excellent analyticaland problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail and asystematic approach to qualitymanagement.
- Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conveycomplex technical information to diverseaudiences.
- Certification as aQuality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) is aplus.
